Photographs, attachments and artificial intelligence

When a simulation is created, the photograph and technical instructions are sent to the infrastructure needed to generate the image. AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete or visually different results from the real space. No automated decision by itself accepts, rejects or sets a quotation; the final assessment requires human review. Do not upload material that you are not authorised to share.

Drafts stored in the browser

If the site offers, and the person enables, an optional draft, configuration data may be stored in the browser’s localStorage to continue later. A draft is not sent to POLICOR merely because it is saved and can be deleted in the browser or by clearing site data. The actual availability of this feature and its fields must match the published configuration.

Recipients, suppliers and communications

Data may be accessible to hosting and storage suppliers, the Manus platform supporting site functions and visual generation, and accounting advisers where needed for administrative or accounting obligations. If email delivery is enabled or a response is requested, the email supplier and personnel managing the project may also be involved. These recipients should receive only necessary data and act under the relevant instructions or lawful basis.

Some suppliers may process data from outside the European Economic Area. Before final suppliers and data flows are confirmed, applicable transfers and safeguards must be checked, such as an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another recognised safeguard.

Retention and deletion

Specific retention periods and the deletion procedure remain PENDING DEFINITION AND VERIFICATION. Until an approved schedule exists, no final period is stated for requests, photographs, attachments, simulations, technical logs or backups. Deletion or anonymisation should be established and communicated once data are no longer needed for the request, any subsequent relationship or applicable liabilities.

No marketing without permission

Enquiry data, photographs and simulations should not be used for marketing, publications, case studies or promotional communications without separate, clear permission where that is required. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.

Cookies, technical storage and Manus analytics

The site includes a Manus analytics integration (Umami script). Measurement must be optional: when the measurement-consent banner is actually implemented and configured to control activation, visits will only be measured after the user makes an affirmative choice. Strictly technical storage may be needed for operation. This explanation must be reviewed if implementation, collected data or suppliers change; consent is not assumed to be valid unless the mechanism operates in that way.
